Baking Mat Dog Treats Recipe with Carrots and Oats
These nutritious dog treats, packed with carrots and oats, provide a great source of dietary fiber and vitamins for your pet. The oats are beneficial for your dog’s skin and coat health.

Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots, cooked
- 1 cup oats, fine
- 1/4 cup oats, coarse
- 1 whole egg (without shell)
- 1/3 cup quark
Instructions
- Combine the carrots, egg, and quark in a mixing bowl.
- Blend the ingredients finely with a hand blender.
- Next, fold in the oats with a spatula.
- Press the dough into the forms of the baking mat using a spoon.
- Place the filled baking mat on a baking tray and put it in the preheated oven (350°F or 180°C).
- Bake each tray for about 15 – 20 minutes, depending on the size of the mold. The biscuits should be easy to remove from the mold.
- At the end, spread all the dog biscuits back on the tray and let them dry in the oven at about 120°F(50°C) until they are really hard. Keep the oven door slightly open during this process.

These biscuits are high in fiber from the oats, which is good for your dog’s digestion. Carrots are a source of important vitamins and antioxidants beneficial for your dog’s health. Store these treats in a cool, dry place. Make sure to let them cool completely before storage. You might change the type of vegetables or use different kinds of cheese instead of quark for variations.
