Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup peanut butter (unsalted, unsweetened)
  • 0.5 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 whole egg
  • 2.5 cup buckwheat flour
  • 0.25-0.5 cup water

Instructions

  • Weigh all the ingredients and put them in the bowl.
  • Then knead the ingredients with the mixer and dough hooks.
  • Roll out the dough on the floured work surface/matt and cut out with a cutter.
  • Place the cut out biscuits on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake until the edges turn slightly brown. The baking time per tray is about 10-12 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  • At the end, distribute all the dog biscuits again on the tray and dry in the oven at about 176°F (80°C) until they are really hard. This can take about 2-4 hours, depending on how thick the biscuits are. Please leave the oven door slightly open. Enjoy baking!

Notes

These biscuits are high in protein, essential for your dog’s health and muscle development. They’re also grain-free, making them a great choice for dogs with certain dietary restrictions. Store these treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or in the freezer for longer storage. You can also experiment with different cookie cutter shapes for a fun twist!
