- 500 g beef or turkey mince
- 100 g Hokkaido pumpkin
- 1 whole egg
- 3 tbsp ground oats
Peel, deseed and cook the Hokkaido pumpkin in a small pot until soft. Let it cool.
Put the minced meat, pumpkin, egg and ground oats in a mixing bowl.
Use a hand mixer to knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
Form small meatballs from the dough and place them on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven at 355°F (180°C) for 20-30 minutes. Ensure the meatballs are completely cooked.
