Baking Mat Dog Treats Beef and Spinach
A protein-rich treat that combines the nutritional goodness of fresh spinach and beef. Packed with fiber, these treats are perfect for your pet's health and taste buds.

Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1/3 lb ground beef
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/4 cups buckwheat flour
- 1 - 1 1/4 cups buckwheat flakes
- 1 tbsp oil (e.g., coconut oil, sunflower oil, canola oil)
Instructions
- Wash the spinach and puree it finely.
- Put the spinach, ground beef, eggs, buckwheat flakes, and oil into a mixing bowl. Blend the ingredients with an immersion blender.
- Add the flour and water until a pancake-like batter consistency is achieved.
- Let the batter rest for 15 minutes before it is processed.
- After the waiting time, fill the batter into the depressions of the baking mat. (Please ensure that no air bubbles are formed.) Remove the excess batter with a dough scraper back into the bowl. Now the baking tray with the baking mat can go into the oven.
- The baking time per tray is about 20 - 45 minutes. (The baking time depends on your oven, the size of your baking mat, and the ingredients.) The biscuits should be easily removed from the baking mat when they are done. If they still stick a bit, they should bake a few minutes longer. Adjust the temperature slightly up or down depending on how brown the biscuits are. At the end, spread all the dog biscuits again on the tray and dry in the oven at about 176°F (80°C) until they are really hard. This can take about 5-6 hours, depending on how thick the biscuits are. Please leave the oven door slightly open. Enjoy baking!
